As a personal trainer with 15 years of experience, my passion for sports traces back to childhood. I delved into combat sports (judo, boxing, and Thai boxing) at the age of 9. A few years ago, I decided to train in self-defense, and upon arriving in Brazil eight years ago, I began offering sports and bodybuilding lessons. Ático Studio Workout caters to individuals looking to establish a fitness routine, regardless of their level. Sessions are personalized based on the needs and requests of participants; they have access to the equipment of their choice during the class and can play their own music. The story of Ático Studio Workout unfolds amidst the pandemic, where I gradually built a loyal clientele, delighted to engage in fitness during this period.
